All our bookings can be made with our friendly receptionist or via the Fresha website/app – you can find our booking system here

We have our own off-street parking, exclusively for the use of our clients. We simply ask that you park considerately. If for any reason there is no space, there is also on-street parking immediately outside the salon.

Absolutely! We accept all forms of credit and debit card.

Where possible, please give as much notice as possible. We therefore operate the following policy:
Cancel more than 48 hours ahead: no charge
Less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge for the service you booked.
No-shows will incur a 100% charge.

We do not charge in advance for your treatments, however Fresha will store your card details securely in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show. Please see above for our cancellation policy.

In order to ensure your wellbeing, we will always patch test on the first appointment, or should you have any medical changes, for the following treatments:
Lash Lifts
Lash Extensions
Laser Hair Removal
Semi-Permanent Make Up

We don’t just uphold the highest standards, we work to exceed them at all times. Where appropriate, your treatment will be conducted by one of our experienced registered nurses.
Our premises are regularly inspected and licenced by Ashfield District Council

Some treatments do have a minimum age of 18 years old. If you are unsure, please contact us before booking.
